Temple Beth El (TBE) is currently seeking a skilled, committed, and creative individual with a passion for serving a mission-driven organization to fill the critical role of Executive Director (ED). We are excited to identify an experienced and collaborative leader who can serve a multi-constituency congregation; organize, inspire and motivate staff; foster a culture of respect and inclusivity; grow community partnerships and continue the tradition of outstanding professionalism necessary for success in this role.

Education Director

We are a Conservative synagogue in coastal Portland, Maine seeking a dynamic leader to steer and expand Kadima Beth El (KBE), our temple’s Jewish pre-kindergarten through high school education program. The Education Director will cultivate a joyful, enriching experience with a focus on teaching Jewish values, culture, and tradition for 75+ students.

The Education Director is a full-time position.
